Doug Warner has nearly 30 years of experience in the railroad industry with significant emphasis on the maintenance of passenger rail equipment. Doug provides coordination and oversight of Herzog’s transit equipment maintenance operations for more than 360 passenger rail vehicles that see 84,000 trips annually.

He oversees the scheduling of service, financial analysis and planning, system safety program planning, and ensures regulatory and contractual compliance at each property. Doug is also responsible for the development and implementation of maintenance and materials standards at our 13 active transit properties including auditing of our processes, procedures, and practices.
