Mickey Tomlin has 41 years of experience in all phases of railroad system construction and maintenance. As a senior vice president, Mickey presides over operations and is responsible for helping achieve financial goals and objectives and increasing operating performance. He possesses key technical knowledge of various signal appliances and the overall knowledge of their applications.

Mickey provides executive oversight for construction, signal maintenance, and capital construction projects for large-scale commuter rail lines. A few of Mickey’s past projects include TEXRail, SunRail Phase 2, and DCTA A-Train. He provides ongoing direction and final approval of all pre-testing and commissioning of the signal and communications systems on all rail lines.
