Train crew scheduling

Jointly-developed train schedules with our project owners ensure that conductors and engineers are assigned jobs that maximize efficiencies of crews and equipment.

Passenger Rail Operations Featured Project

KC Streetcar

The Kansas City Streetcar (KC Streetcar) is a 2.2-mile streetcar loop through many of Kansas City’s most vibrant business, community, and entertainment districts. The streetcar operates in mixed traffic, northbound and southbound, on Main Street. During construction of the line in 2014, Herzog was awarded the contract for streetcar operations and maintenance.
