Overview
In 2017, Herzog’s subsidiary, TASI, and a joint venture partner were awarded a contract to operate the new CTrail Hartford Line intercity passenger rail service between New Haven, CT, and Springfield, MA. The joint venture will provide services in support of train operations and station/parking facilities management and maintenance along the 62-mile Amtrak-owned corridor. The joint venture is provided mobilization and startup services which included the hiring and qualifying of operating employees, station maintenance, and customer service personnel while new stations are constructed throughout service corridor.
