As Chairman and CEO of Herzog, Brad Lager presides over all of Herzog’s companies and their subsidiaries. Brad, along with the respective leaders within each Herzog company, is responsible for the day-to-day execution of Herzog’s overall strategic plan, direction, and operational management. Brad also serves as the President of Herzog Contracting Corp.

HCC’s fleet of specialized maintenance-of-way equipment and Hyrail vehicles are located throughout the country to allow for timely delivery for your construction schedule.

Surplus Equipment Sales

Upon job completion and at the end of replacement cycles, HCC offers surplus buyers a wide variety of well-maintained fleet vehicles and construction equipment throughout the year on various third-party auction sites.
