Herzog Transit Services Featured Project

Caltrain

In 2012, Herzog Transit Services, Inc.’s subsidiary TRANSITAMERICA℠ (TASI) began operations and maintenance of the Caltrain service from San Francisco through San Jose to Gilroy, CA. The 52-mile right-of-way is owned by the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board (PCJPB) and the Union Pacific Railroad. Current service includes 92 weekday trains with an average weekday ridership of 62,000 passengers.
