Travis Rollings joined Herzog in 2012 and has played a pivotal role in shaping Herzog’s turnkey PTC Hosting solution from its inception. Travis is responsible for steering the technological vision and strategy of the organization. This includes ensuring that technology initiatives align with the company’s overall business objectives, while maintaining innovation, operational efficiency, and keeping a competitive advantage. Travis provides direction for Herzog’s PTC & Train Control Systems, Herzog’s Support Operations Center, Enterprise Technology, Software, and GIS Divisions, in which all provide 24/7 support for Herzog and our customers nationwide.

Travis has over 14 years of experience in analyzing an organization’s critical support requirements, identifying deficiencies, and uncovering potential opportunities to enhance efficiency and reliability. Travis has a comprehensive understanding of railroad technologies, encompassing installation, configuration, integration, management, troubleshooting, and support.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the railroad industry, Travis was honored as a Railway Age 10 Under 40 Fast Tracker in 2020, an award that represents the “best of the best” rising stars who are making a real impact on the railroad industry. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Texas at Arlington.
