Bruce Marinchek

Herzog Contracting Corp. – Senior Vice President, Pre-Construction Delivery

Bruce Marinchek manages preconstruction activities and project startup on all of Herzog’s alternative delivery projects. Bruce is highly effective at building positive relationships with agencies, joint venture team members, design teams, specialty contractors, suppliers, and user groups that reflect and support Herzog’s core values.

With Herzog since 1997, Bruce has developed from his foundation as a foreman and estimator to understand the complexities of large-scale projects. He has bid construction work for all types of rail transit infrastructure including commuter rail, heavy rail, light rail, and streetcar projects. Bruce has led both design-build and CM/GC pursuits and possesses a solid understanding of the cooperation necessary between the owner, designer, and contractor throughout the process.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University and has held a Professional Engineer license in Missouri since 2005.
