With 45 years of experience in all facets of railroad system construction and maintenance, Mickey Tomlin serves as a senior vice president, overseeing operations and driving the division towards its financial objectives while improving performance. Mickey’s knowledge of construction, signal appliances, and experience with capital projects for large-scale commuter rail lines is supported by his involvement in recent projects such as TEXRail, SunRail Phase 2, and Brightline Phase 2 – Zones 3 and 4. Recognizing his exceptional contributions, Mickey was honored with the Field Employee of the Year award by the National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association (NRC) in 2020.
