Internship Program

The Track to Success Internship Program is designed to give you real-world experience in the exciting and dynamic field of railroad construction. This 10-week, paid program provides a structured, hands-on opportunity to grow professionally while gaining valuable industry knowledge. Areas of concentration include:

Not only will this be an opportunity to showcase your growth, but multiple scholarship opportunities are up for grabs. Following the presentations, you’ll also participate in an open panel where you can ask industry experts any questions about your future career.

 

 

Apprenticeship Program

 

The Track to Success Apprenticeship Program gives tech school students the chance to develop valuable, hands-on skills in high-demand fields before graduation. With tracks in Welding Technology, Equipment/Diesel Technology, Computer Service Technology, and Electronics, you’ll work side-by-side with industry experts, gaining real-world experience and a competitive edge. The Track to Success Straight to Work Program is the perfect opportunity for recent high school graduates to launch their careers.
