Overview
In 2019, Herzog was awarded the contract to oversee the operations of Arrow passenger service—a nine-mile regional rail line seamlessly integrated into the Metrolink regional rail system in southern California. In partnership with the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority and Metrolink, the Arrow connects four strategically located stations between the cities of San Bernardino and Redlands and offers integrated car, bus, and bicycle transportation options to its riders.
